Not able to find Jax-rs plugin

I have a very silly problem. I am not able to find the JAX-RS plugin in my IntelliJ Idea instance.

I have installed the IntelliJ Idea Community Edition (2016.2.2). The documentation says the JAX-RS plugin "is bundled with IntelliJ IDEA and enabled by default."

However, when I go to Settings -> Plugins and search for "JAX-RS" or "RESTful" I get no results. I even tried searching for it in the repositories, but it is not coming up. (See Screen shots)

Please help. Is it something only available on the paid version?
