clion show function arguments as you type

I've got a feature request. Don't know where to put it.

Look at the screenshot from another IDE (codeblocks) and how they make your argument list appear *as you're typing them* as opposed to CLion which only prints the argument list when you type the function name.

This seems like an obvious feature to include as an option. How long should we expect it to take to be implemented? How can I add it as a feature request?
