PHPStorm takes 10 minutes to start

I don't know why but starting up phpstorm takes ages. even the logging starts after 3 minutes. When I check the log directory there are folders for each start up called like "threadDumps-20161105-203857-PS-162.2380.11" and in it there is another folder called "freeze-20161105-203902-68" and in it 13 log files with a prefix threadDump. I've uploaded them to web form and they are called:
