How can I fix a mistake when I had not allowed connecting Java (Test Connection in time of first connection)?

Now I have a message: "Error: Connection to MySQL - @localhost failed. Communications link failure. The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.".

My OS is MacOS.
