Is It possible to create help screen for the developers, like in android device when you installed first time app it will show one demo screen?

First is it possible to create an help screen with out any dialog like in android devices or any installation parts it will show.So I want to make same kind of help to developers who came first time for the Intellij Idea.I just have to assist that person like how he can use this ide for development.Is it possible?, and one more I am not able to get any actions from parent actions like user clicks on new, or run or debug, Is there any way to get those actions, if this thing possible then please  let me know how I can proceed.
