Double click file and bring me back to last location in file?

When switching files, I often double click the file I want to edit on the "Project Files" pane.

But doing this doesn't bring me back to the place I was in that file, but moves to the top of that file.

=>  How can I configure PyCharm to go back to where I was in a file when double clicking it?
