Error message launching WebStorm-2016.3-RC
I downloaded WebStorm-2016.3-RC.exe and completed the installation. Webstorm could not start when I run webstorm.exe. When I run webstorm.bat, I got the error message "Error: Could not find or load main class # custom WebStorm VM options". However, I have no problems launching Webstorm 2016.2.3.
Please help.

Please delete `~\.WebStorm2016.3\webstorm.exe.vmoptions ` file - does it help?
I have deleted the file. Unfortunately, the same error still appears. Interestingly, I have a desktop PC which runs 2016.3 successfully. It is on my laptop that this error happens. Yet, 2016.2 runs fine on the laptop. It is really strange.
Do you mean that Webstorm still doesn't start with WebStorm.exe after deleting this file? Did you try re-installing? I'd suggest to also remove the whole `~\.WebStorm2016.3\` directory to start with fresh configuration
