Issue with open new window - Pycharm professional 2016.2

Hey, I'm trying to do two searches in pycharm, and once I do another search it overrides the previous one.
The way I used to deal with that is to open pycharm in a new window (file - open - open in new window).
I believe that since I upgraded to professional it stopped working. I click on open in new window and it doesn't do anything.
I checked it in pycharm CE 4 and it works fine.

Which PyCharm version do you use? Do you mean "Find in Path| Open in new tab" functionality? Could you please attach a small screencast/screenshots that show the issue? Also you could contact pycharm-support@jetbrains.com with details.
