Line breaks/tab/spaces not working + reformatting not working.

Hi,

I got the latest update for PHPStorm yesterday (2016.3) and since then, in certain parts of the file I've been unable to do any line breaks, any spaces, any tabs, or any open brackets '('. This doesn't happen in all the file and in certain parts. It generally seems to be at the start of a some HTML tags (at the '<') that are contained within other HTML elements such as a form inside a div, at the DIV it will work fine.

Also the reformatting doesn't work at all for me at the moment either.

i've tried invalidating caches, removing all custom plugins. Recreating the project, opening multiple projects, and yet I can't seem to get rid of the problem.

I tried to have a look in posts already to see if this was posted but I couldn't see it, so I apologise if it is already noted somewhere.
