No Test Databases?

Hey everyone,

Recently I came across with a weird issue.
All of a sudden, PyCharm (2016.1.4 Build #PY-145.1504, built on May 25, 2016) on Mac OS X El Captain has stopped creating test databases when running test (right click run test on a class/function). I have not changed any settings at all, it just happened - running the test in console creates the test database and runs fine.

Do any of you know what this could be and how to resolve it?
