phpstorm wont lock into the launcher

Hi,

No matter what I do (delete and reinstall app folder or configuration folder, asking to create desktop icon in the parameters) phpstorm wont lock in the launcher on ubuntu Desktop 14. So unless i'm doing something wrong, can someone give me an advice or tell me what is the 'good' uninstall process with all the files to delete so that I'm able to do a clean install of the soft ?
