How do you set the python path?
In pycharm.
I have a project with 2 content roots, if I import form one to the other and run a script I get a ImportError: No module named.
I had this problem with the plugin as well, I set up two modules and had one depend on the other and I still got a ImportError.

Could someone please help me. I love Intellij I use it for Java, it is the best IDE for Java. But I am now working on Python and have to use eclipse because it is the only IDE for python that seem to support multiple projects (well at least the plug-in for it does).
The code I work with is made up of lots of separate projects that all depend on each other. To run one it needs to find the others. When I add project that ref's another the intellisense works and finds all the references but it I try to imports some thing it reports that it can't find it.
So it knows its there but it won't import it, and I can't run it.
So if some can help me and save from having to use cruddy eclipse I would be very grateful.

Right now there is no feature for automatically building PYTHONPATH when
you have multiple modules with dependencies. However, you can configure it
manually. In the "Run/Debug Configurations" dialog, you can select your run
configuration, click on the ... button next to the "Environment Variables",
click on "Add" button in the dialog that appears, and enter the desired value
of the PYTHONPATH.

Thank you very much for your reply. Hopeful it won't be long before this is implemented.
Related need: I'd like to set the Pythonpath to let PyCharm know where the Django support is (it is not in the default location), but there doesn't seem to be a mechanism for setting it before you try to create a Django project.
