how to enable the profiling actions in pycharm 96.742?

Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue as stated in http://devnet.jetbrains.net/thread/289359?tstart=0

But the profiling actions don't seem to be available, how do I enable them, so i can submit a report?

I am using pycharm 96.742 for OS X

This instruction is for Rubymine, however it suits for PyCharm as well.
