Git settings errant balloon message in beta 2

In build PY-96.1063 under Settings->Version Control->VCSs->Git I am seeing what appears to be a spurious balloon popup when the mouse is placed in any open area on the right-hand panel. The text in the balloon is, "Ask before con&versions". It doesn't seem to affect any settings.  Is anyone else seeing this?

Environment:

Ubuntu 10.10 beta VM under VMware Workstation 7.1.1

Java 1.6.0_20
