New HTML-template file in utf-8 encoding

How to configure PyCharm to crate new html-file in UTF-8 encoding. Default set system-defaults (ansii).

Hello Alexander,

You can go to Settings | File Templates, edit the Html template and add the

UTF-8 encoding declaration to it. Then PyCharm will recognize it and use

the UTF-8 encoding when editing the file.

How to declarate encoding? I'm add new file for Alt+Ins key and write file-name, for example: test.html. IDE open blank file in ansii encoding

You can add a 'meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8'

tag to the template in order to declare encoding.

In most time for project i'm dont need full HTML-file with meta tags.. I'm use this files to write same blocks or parts of html-end-output
