How to get rid of file system level coupling between projects

I have a bug in youtrack on this (http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/OC-10665) .

But please, tell me where you hide that metainfo so i can get rid of it and be able to work. Here is another example (with shift-command-O), where a filename is found in a project that was opened before, and is is presented to me. It is a resource. Of course, when i run the thing it cant find it. Grrrrrrrrr. The file scene01_intro.dlg is found (in an other project !!!!!) and opened. This is a double bad effect :

  • false sense of comfort (it wont be in the resources of the target)
  • dangerously editing that file it found (is is part of a product that is already published). I could mess up my published game if i accenditally change the file. Now, having this over my head, i will have to retest a-z the first game before submitting even a small change ... yes, if I accidentally edit scene33_intro.dlg , i will have to playthrough the game, in 4 levels of difficulty.
