How long should we wait for a fixed 1.1.1

Hello Guys!

I would like to know how long should we wait for very important bug fixes for version 1.1 (javascript autocompletion, test runner hierarchy).

I've seen on your bug tracker that they are already done. So what we are waiting for and why should we use buggy product?

And one more question: do you use automated testing for development? If so how could you release product with such annoying bugs?

Thank you,

Oleg

The 1.1.1 bugfix update will most likely be released early next week. Right

now you're waiting for the bugfixes to be tested, because we want to make

sure that the fixes work right and haven't introduced any regressions.

And one more question: do you use automated testing for development?

We do, but automated tests are good for making sure that fixed bugs stay

fixed and much less good for discovering new defects.

Thank you, Dmitry!

I think that there are a lot people who will be very happy next week.

Why don't you allow for users who bought a license access to your internal builds. I think this could help users to get bug fixed versions a little bit faster and it will also allow them to write a new reports if something goes wrong.

Providing access to nightly builds is something that we're considering but

haven't yet made a decision on yet.
