Move instruction pointer (set next statement)

Maybe this has been discussed before, but I just couldn't find it.

I was extremely surprised to find today while debugging, that there was no way I could move the instruction pointer from the breakpoint I was stopped on.  Visual Studio has this, as does XCode.  Am I just missing it?
