Keymap not accurate?

Hi again,

FWIW I'm using the Xcode mapping in AppCode since first launching the app.

Trying to figure out why the Optimize Imports short cut never works for me I've noticed that the definition in the Keymap in the prefs doesn't appear to reflect the actual shortcut in the menu?

(Note the File and Symbol shortcuts in the menu and the Keymap)

PS: Sorry about all the bug reports in this forum lately - it's only because I really care a lot about making AppCode an even better tool :^O

There's a duplicate keybinding in the Xcode keymap for Option-Cmd-O that's likely causing Optimize Imports to not work.

Regarding the difference between the keymap in the preferences, and in the actual menu bar, I only observe that before
pressing the OK or Apply button.

Jay,
no problem, we really apprecialy your help.
We will improve the Xcode keymap in the next version so it better refrects the actual Xcode layout.

And Maarten has precisely nailed the problem with incorrect shortcuts in the menu - press Apply button and all the shortcuts will be updated.

BTW, to make bug reposting more efficient for you and for us, we kindly ask you to file them directly into the public tracker.

Hi Anton,

And Maarten has precisely nailed the problem with incorrect shortcuts in the menu - press Apply button and all the shortcuts will be updated.

Actually it's different as soon as I open the prefs - without making any changes.
I was expecting to see the current layout when opening the prefs - maybe that's not how Keymap works/is supposed to work?

Cheers,
Jay

PS: wouldn't want to create bugs before confirming it's a real issue..

Having checked a couple more times it might have been just the very first time ever I've opened the Keymap (again, not changing anything) it was different from the actual menus?

Now it accurately reflects the current menu shortcuts.. strange bug.

Cheers,
Jay
