Copying of empty selection to clipboard

There is no option for that. Note that you can access previous clipboard

contents using Edit | Paste from History... (Ctrl-Shift-V in the default

keymap).

Is it possible to avoid destroying of clipboard content when copying

of empty selection (by occasion mostly)? Quite boring effect.

Please make an option to disable copying of empty strings. ^^
