Same problem here.
How to auto-format my code as seen below:

-(void) openAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath
{
    #ifdef IPAD_VERSION
        [((ListViewPopupController *) self.parentViewController) hideSelfAnimated];
        self.notesViewController.modelController.currentIndexPath = indexPath;
        [self.notesViewController startPageViewControllerAnimated:YES];
    #else
        if(!self.notesViewController)
        {
            self.notesViewController =  (NotesViewController*) [self.storyboard instantiateViewControllerWithIdentifier:@"Note Page View"];
        }
        else{
            self.notesViewController.modelController.currentIndexPath = indexPath;

        }

        [self.navigationController pushViewController:self.notesViewController animated:YES];
    #endif
}

Can you please file a request with example of code before and after formatting what you expect?
You can use {code}..{code} macro in the tracker to show the code snippets: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/OC

I don't know is it a bug at all.
Some code before reformat like this:

#define White [UIColor whiteColor]
#define ScreenHeight SomeCodeHere

What I want after reformated was:

#define White             [UIColor whiteColor]
#define ScreenHeight SomeCodeHere

This is not a bug, but there is no such an option at the moment. Feel free to sumbit a feature request.
