How do I update External Libraries after changing my Python interpreter?

I changed my Python interpreter to one in a virtualenv (by means of Edit Configuration under the Run menu). But in my Project Tool Window, External Libraries still shows the libraries in the framework for the Python interpreter I'd been using before.

Is there a way to change that? If so, it's non-obvious to me.

Thanks,

Gary

The interpreter used for your project is specified under Settings | Project Interpreter. The interpreter specified in the run configuration settings affects only that configuration, and nothing else.

That makes sense. But the question remains -- can I get rid of the python 2.7 that's currently appearing in "External Libraries," and which I don't need or want, and add the one I do?

Thanks,

Gary

OK, I'll repeat this again. Please select the interpreter you need in Settings | Project Interpreter.

Sorry, and thank you for being willing to repeat again. I dumbly misread what you were saying the first time. With your help I have resolved this issue.
