is there a "tab" that can view all the defined functions in a list?
As title.
Something like the dropdown that VS has or the Outline that eclipse has? And how can I bring it up?

The Structure view displays this information. It's shown in the bottom right corner of the screen; the keyboard shortcut to access it is Alt-7.
