Is it possible to format the source code on save?
I would like to run actions whenever I save a file most notably formatting the source code. Is this possible right now or should I raise a feature request?

There is no such a feature at the moment, but it is possible to reformat code on commit in to VCS.
And it is a good idea to file a feature request.
