AppCode looses Autoscroll from/to source

After a certain (yet unknown) amount of time AppCode 1.6.4 looses the ability to Autoscroll to and from source. It just doesn't work any more. After a restart of the Mac it's there again though. This is on 2 Macs using 10.8.2. Let me know if I can provide more information.
