PyCharm & WebStorm - Lost Licenses

Hey guys,

First off I love using PyCharm & WebStorm, so much so I purchased a license not long ago for both.

Since then I've rebuilt my pc and misplaced my license for both PyCharm and Webstorm. I've emailed sales@jetbrains.com twice with no reply....

What do I need to do get the licenses I paid for, I find it incredible that I can't use a service on the jetbrains website to do this, other companies have had this facility for years. :-(

Any Ideas?
