Manage Targets Issues - AppCode 1.5.2

I'm running AppCode 1.5.2.  First, the release notes say 'Manage Targets' is under 'Tools | Manage Targets'.  But, you can see it's not there:



I do find 'Manage Targets' in the right click dialog on the xcode project.  BUT:  it's greyed out!  Does this feature really work???  If so how do I get it to work?
