AppCode 1.0 is released

Hello everyone!

We're really happy to announce that AppCode's first version is finally released to a general public. We very much appreciate the help of everyone who helped us with feedback during the AppCode Early Access Program. We're sure it wouldn't take too long before EAP for the next version is started.

Congratulations. It's been my full-time IDE for some weeks now, and is an absolute pleasure to work in.

Can it be use AppCode abilities from Idea Ultimate on Macs? Like via plugin or somehow else?

We don't have any plans to release AppCode as a plugin to IntelliJ IDEA since AppCode operates over Xcode project format and IDEA needs it's own one. They just don't play together well.

And what about C/Objective-C/C++ support in Idea? For JNI?

Here is a plugin http://plugins.intellij.net/plugin/?idea&id=1373
It supports sytax highlight and navigation to implementation native java methods.
But unfortunately last release was in 2010-10-03

Yes, it is possible to do something with C in Idea. But AppCode does it better in any way. So, why not?
