How can I completely uninstall AppCode? (want to reinstall)

I want to completely uninstall AppCode so that I can start with a fresh install. There are some weird random slow-downs and other oddities that I'm hoping will disappear with a clean install. Any suggestions on what to remove from where? Thanks!

EDIT: Changed the topic so it's clear *why* I want to uninstall :)

Just wipe out Library/Preferences/appcode10 and Library/Caches/appcode10 under your user home directory

You might also want to clear Library/Application Support/appCode10 if you've ever installed any plugins.

Finally there's Library/Logs/appCode10 if you really need to clean out the evidence of past installs.
