Autoreload not working on ubuntu 12.10, can anyone replicate?

I have the extension installed, it shows in
chrome://chrome/extensions
as active.

Still, pycharm opens a popup saying that it needs the extension installed.

This is a showstopper bug, but I'm not sure it's just me.
Can anyone replicate?
