jump to class or function

Hi there,

its kinda hard to reproduce, but every now and then the code navigation for me stops working half way.
If the file in question is or previously was already open, the navigation feature will focus the right tab / open the correct file, position the cursor at the right line BUT the visible screen will be somewhere else in the file.
I then can move the cursor down one line (or any other direction) and the screen will jump to the actual position.

Is this a known weirdness of PyCharm?
Can anyone confirm that this is not only happening to me sometimes? ;P
