How can I get "code inspector" to work?

Well actually the problem is not with the code inspector itself, the problem seems to be while Indexing since I get this message error:

http://pastebin.com/DumH3kw0

Its a big project, 300+ files, it was created for SDK 3.0 then we upgraded to 4.0 and finally to 4.3 and xcode4 we had several problems with the "project.pbxproj" file in the past. Also it contains several ".mm" files.

If someones knows a work arround, please tell me. Also I can share some files if you people find them usefull to analize, from the stack trace I can not tell wich one is the one failing :(

Thanks!
See you later!
