diacriticals characters not displayed correctly in mercurial summaries

When I display a Mercurial repository within PyCharm, the diacriticals characters are not displayed correctly and if I commit changes from PyCharm and type diacriticals characters, they are not saved correctly.

Seems to be that PyCharm uses a different encoding for that but I cannot find where it can be changed.
