Cannot configure python interpreter

Hello,

I've have the community edition 3.0 installed of PyCharm on Windows 7. When I click the green plus sign to add an interpreter nothing happens at all. No pop up window or whatever is supposed to happen to select the directory where I have my interpreter. What am I missing?

Thanks

When I attempt to log in to the issue tracker web site I get a message stating 'Can't authorize you by the given credentials'. Do I need to create a separate account for the issue tracker?

Yes, these are two separate accounts. You can just attach your log file here.
