Change color scheme

This may be me being dumb, but I was playing around with the color schemes on PyCharm 3 and I've been left with some bastardization of "Default" and "Twilight", let's call it "Twi-fault". The code editing windows have the "Default" color scheme, and everything else is in "Twilight".

I've tried editing the setting using Command-, but to no avail.

What am I missing?
