remote debug path mappings and case sensitivity

I have an issue with remote debugging using PyCharm 3.0.1 on Windows 7, debugging a remote machine running Windows 7.  Path Mappings are not working properly due to case sensitivity.  If locally I use uppercase anywhere along the path, mappings fail.  When the remote debugger reports back to PyCharm what file and line it is on, it reports in all lowercase.  PyCharm is not able to reconcile this to the mixed case of the path.  It seems I have been able to futz my way through the problem when the mixed case is in a directory name.  When the mixed case is in the actual python file to be debugged, I cannot work around it.  I have been forced to rename to file to be all lower case.  Then the problem goes away.
