task server -> "Request Tracker" by Best Practical

Hi,

In my company we're making use of the open source issue tracking system "Request Tracker", which is developed by Best Practical Solutions ( http://www.bestpractical.com/rt/ ).

I was wondering how to configure it as a task server within PyCharm. There seem to be templates for jira, redmine, youtrack... but not this one. Any clue? Thanks.

Probably not out of the box. You could try integration through a Generic Task server. It's found in Preferences > Tasks > Servers.

There isn't too much info around what needs to be done, but here are some links (1, 2) to get you started.
