Debugger doesn't show frames tab unless I hide all others. How to fix?

I'm sure I've done something somewhere along the line to cause this behavior, but the debugger seems to be in this state where the Frames tab is not visible unless I specifically hide the Variables, Watches and Console tabs.

Needless to say, this is quite a hindrance to debugging. ☺ Anyone know which switch I can flip to be able to see the Frames tab along with the others?
