How to getting started with PyCharm + Chromiumembedded

Hi there,

I am new to Python and PyCharm IDE and I am interested to use PyCharm with chromiumembedded framework (CEF3) for python.

Does anyone has some tutorials to share about developing with PyCharm and CEF3? I was not able to find any tutorial to either get started with PyCharm and CEF3, nor how to use CEF3 with Python.
