looking for info

Hi,

I am coming from emacs world. I am looking for
1. how to run macros?
2. is there any shortcut key to insert pdb?
3. I can jump to method definition, but do not know how to come back.

Please let know if we have any shortcuts to do those activities. Also let me if anyone integrated pycharm with zope
