PyCharm 3.4 crashes

Very often (but not always) when I put my laptop to sleep with PyCharm running and then undock the laptop, when I open it back up, PyCharm would no longer be running.  In its place I often see runner and/or python processes running at high CPU utilization.

Is there anything I can do to collect more data about the nature of the crash before filing a bug report?
