3.4.1 Interpreter settings is generated a traceback

Hi. On Windows Server 2008R2. ActiveState python 2.7.8 32 bit.
In pycharm 3.4.1 when I visit the project interpreter settings I get this:

this message just started happening. I can't think of what I may have done to cause it.
Also odd was the interpreters. The same python.exe was linked to 3 interpreters. Deleting one deleted all three. Adding one back add the two duplicates. I deleted the settings folder. Then I added the python interpreter. The error still occurs. Also, "some skeletons failed to generate. Module dde

I did an ActiveState repair installation and it works again
