Remote interpreters marked as incomplete?

Answered
My remote interpreters are being marked as "incomplete". I've tried removing and re-adding the interpreter but it still gets marked as incomplete.

I'm able to run tests using the remote interpreter but not the python console.

When I add the interpreter three interpreters show up (two are marked incomplete right away):

When I close and re-open the dialog again, all three are marked incomplete:

from Console.app:

I bet this is why my Python Console won't work with the remote interpreter.

I was able to use Pycharm SSHing into AWS for about two days now issue after issue. First it was error uploading my files after changes "please restart the interpreter" every time. Now I am having the issue with the incomplete interpreter and I cant figure out how to delete it. No one responded since 2014. A total mess of a product.
