Can't run Python Console via tools menu

If I try to open a  Python Console via tools menu (tools/Run Python Console...)

I get

Error:Cannot start process, the working directory C:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\PyCharm Community Edition 3.4.1\jre\jre\bin does not exist

but the directory does exist.

how can I fix?
