How to show version control history for current file automatically?

AFAIR in PyDev (Eclipse) after switching tab in editor (to another file) the version control history tab was automatically updated to show history of currently selected file.
In PyCharm, after switching tab in editor the history in 'History' tab of Version Control tool window stays the same.
Is there a way to configure PyCharm so that history is shown for currently selected file automatically?
