Dialog for "Reformat code" and "Optimize import"

When I selected "Reformat Code..." and "Optimize imports..." actions from "Code" menu, the dialog was shown.
But recently the dialog is not shown.
How do I enable the dialog again?  I cannot find a setting for that.
