Can I use CLion EAP builds for commercial/proprietary projects?

Hi,

I couldn't find the information.

Do EAP builds permit such use (e.g. maintaining existing projects)? Can release the software developed with EAP builds under whatever licence I choose?

Hi!

For EAP builds we use special EAP license. It is valid until it’s expiration date and allow you to develop commercial/proprietary and non-commercial projects.
After official release there will be no new EAP versions, but all existing ones will be valid until expiration date.
As for the third-party software licenses, you can see full list via About CLion | press open-source software.
