Problems with Mouse when using PyCharm

Hello im using PyCharm Pro 2016.2.3 built on 7th September on Linux Mint 17.2 64bit.

When using PyCharm sometimes the Mouse wont move properly. For example if i want to reach Project panel on the left, the cursor is stuck, so that i have to move the Mouse to the left again so i can reach it. I also couldn`t move the Mouse from my second Monitor to my primary Monitor when using PyCharm a few minutes ago. I dont know if this is a PyCharm related problem, but i only encountered it when using it so far. Also to note is that i`m using IdeaVim 0.4.7 .
