"Scala class" disappeared from "New" popup menu
Create scala class shortcut disapeared from popup menus everywhere, though this shortcut is present in "menus and toolsbars" section of settings. Maybe someone know how to turn it back?

This is known problem. Unfortunately we can't reproduce it, so we have no idea how to fix it.

I ran into the same problem; in my case, the issue was that I disabled the "root" module after importing from sbt, since I only use it to aggregate the other modules.
