Yes!! You're right! But when I try to create the Column and the right-click didn't show the New Column/Table option like this screenshot:
So If I will retry the option appear: I don't think is a refresh period. I tried to open the project and wait 2 or 3 minutes before try to create a column and I had same beaviour.
When right-clicking on a table or column, I'm able to add New > Column, and I'm prompted with a pop-up window that asks for the new column's details.
